Job Description
- Key Account Manager – Job ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and handle their queries and requirements.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions, products, or services.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, sales, finance, and customer support to resolve client requirements.
- Monitor account performance, order status, service delivery, and overall client experience.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and expand business with key accounts.
- Prepare and share regular account updates, reports, and performance summaries.
- Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and maintain accurate account records.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service requirements where applicable.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities relevant to assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely completion of commitments made to key clients.
- Support onboarding of new key accounts and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing account management.
- Work closely with management to develop account strategies and improve long-term client relationships.
