About Solwer (Denso)Solwer is DENSO's technology venture in India, building the digital infrastructure for India's automotive aftermarket. Our products include vehicle inspection (VDI), fleet management, transport and warehouse management (TWM), and an aftermarket super app. These products are already being used by OEMs, fleet companies, and 150+ dealerships across India. As we expand, we are looking for people who enjoy talking to customers, understanding their needs, and helping them get value from our products.

Role OverviewThis role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with people throughout the day and can confidently explain products over phone, WhatsApp, and SMS. You will interact with customers, partners, vendors, and prospective clients to introduce products, follow up on enquiries, answer basic questions, schedule discussions, and keep users engaged with our platforms. You will also support lead follow-up activities and help the business team identify potential opportunities.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers, partners, and prospective clients.
• Follow up on enquiries received through different channels.
• Explain Solwer products and services in a simple manner.
• Engage customers through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Follow up with existing users to improve product adoption and retention.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions for the business team.
• Maintain records of conversations and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer queries are addressed.
• Who We Are Looking For1-2 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, customer support, customer success, or business development.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Kannada/Marathi language skills will be a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone for most of the day.
• Confident, positive, and able to build rapport quickly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment where customer engagement, lead conversion, and product adoption are important success measures.
• Someone who enjoys interacting with people, is willing to learn about technology products.

Compensation & BenefitsFixed salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
