Job Description
Requirements:
1. The candidate should possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sales of Medical Devices / Surgical Products / Pharma Products.
2. A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Science or Biomedical Engineering.
3. Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language is required.
4. The candidate must be willing to travel across the state to meet with doctors and hospital heads to promote/Sell Products and to provide Case Support.
Desirable:
Experience in the healthcare industry Preferably Medical Devices/Implants/Surgical/Pharma Products.
Job Profile:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
2. Establish and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals, Hospitals and Clinics
3. Present and demonstrate the company's medical device products to customers
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
5. Provide product training and support to customers
6. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives
8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts.
