Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to grow our business in office supplies, housekeeping materials, pantry essentials, and corporate gifting. The role involves identifying new customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach corporate offices, coworking spaces, facility management companies, and other potential customers.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, field visits, networking, and digital channels.
• Schedule client meetings, understand requirements, and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert leads into orders.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and delivery teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Follow up on payments according to agreed credit terms.
• Support marketing campaigns, product promotions, and social media activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports.
• Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
• Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline; a qualification in marketing or business is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and manage customer relationships independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented, organised, and comfortable with field sales and local travel.
• Experience in B2B sales, office supplies, facility products, or corporate gifting is an advantage.
