Job Description
Telecalling Executive
Location: 80 Feet Ring Rd, A D Halli, 2nd Stage, KHB Colony, Basaveshwar Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560079
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Gender: Female candidates preferred
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Explain products/services and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Generate leads and support the sales team when required.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
- Professional and confident personality.
- Customer-oriented and comfortable making regular calls.
- Ability to work towards assigned targets.
