Job Description
Shift Manager (SM)
The Shift Manager is responsible for managing the restaurant operations during their assigned shift. They supervise team members, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, handle cash and inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. They also support staff training, resolve customer concerns, and ensure company policies and safety standards are followed
