About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, well-spoken and target-oriented Patient Relationship Executive / Telecaller to handle incoming leads, speak with prospective patients, understand their requirements and convert enquiries into consultations and appointments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand patient requirements and recommend relevant clinic services.
• Explain treatments, procedures and consultation processes clearly.
• Convert leads into confirmed consultations and appointments.
• Follow up consistently with interested and undecided leads.
• Handle questions, objections and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Meet monthly calling, follow-up and appointment conversion targets.
• Re-engage old/inactive leads and generate appointments from the existing database.
• Preferred Candidate1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, patient coordination or customer relationship roles.
• Aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, dental or healthcare experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly and empathetic while dealing with patients.
