Job Description
Team Leader Customer Success, Service & Operations,
Responsibilities:
Coach & guide customer support team.
Develop objectives for the teams’ day-to-day activities.
Hire, coach and provide training to personnel.
Prepare reports & review decks.
Collaborates across functions and departments.
Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis.
Skills Required
Graduate with min of 2 to 3 years of experience in BPO as a Team Leader on papers.
Proven experience working under strict deadlines and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT) and call centre equipment,
Build regular communication plans with the team; questions, day to day problems, and oversee deliverables for quality and guideline compliance.
Responsible for preparing and delivering KPI reports for management.
To assist the team with key CS parameters such as ART, FRT, AHT, Quality and CSAT.
Should have Team building, leadership, and motivational skills.
Ability to manage shrinkage and attrition.
