Job Description
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of BDEs to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales, calling activity, follow-ups, conversions, and team productivity.
- Coach team members and provide regular feedback to improve performance.
- Train new joiners on sales processes, stock advisory products, CRM, calling techniques, and client handling. Support client queries, escalations, and sales closures.
- Track targets, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement plans. Maintain team discipline, attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with HR and management on training, employee development, retention, and team growth.
- Build a positive, productive, and performance-oriented sales environment.
