Job Description

What Should the Candidate Know?


  • Video Editing: Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Reels and Short-Form Videos: Ability to independently create Instagram Reels and other short-form content.
  • Storytelling: Ability to create engaging hooks, maintain good pacing, arrange sequences, and use transitions effectively.
  • Motion Graphics: Ability to create text animations, typography, and motion graphics.
  • Colour Grading: Ability to give footage a polished, premium look.
  • Audio Editing: Music synchronisation, sound balancing, and audio transitions.
  • Visual Effects: Ability to use VFX and creative enhancements when required.
  • Platform-Specific Editing: Create suitable video formats for Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and websites.
  • File Management: Keep raw footage, project files, and final exports well organised.
  • Independent Execution: Take ownership of projects from raw footage to final video and meet deadlines.


What Qualities Should the Candidate Have?


  • Strong creative instincts and attention to detail.
  • Ability to make luxury jewellery look premium through video.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Showreel/portfolio submission is mandatory.
