Team Leader

A Personal Loan Sales Team Leader drives personal loan disbursements by managing,

mentoring, and motivating a team of sales executives. Key responsibilities include

achieving daily/monthly sales targets, managing lead conversion, training staff, and

ensuring compliance. This role typically requires 2–5 years of experience in on-the-ground,

B2C loan sales or retail financial products. 

Key Responsibilities

Achieve Sales Targets: Set and meet daily, weekly, and monthly loan login

and disbursement targets.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to

improve product knowledge, objection handling, and sales closure techniques.

Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct

performance reviews to drive team efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management: Oversee client interactions to ensure high

satisfaction, manage complaints, and foster repeat business or referrals.

Liaison with Operations: Coordinate with credit and operations teams for fast,

compliant loan processing from login to disbursement. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in personal loan sales, with proven team

 management capabilities.

Skills: Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and good

 communication skills.

Knowledge: Understanding of retail financial products, credit underwriting, and KYC compliance. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 p/m (plus incentives upto 5k)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 6 months or min 1 year (Preferred)
