Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily salon operations, staff schedules and appointments.

Provide expert haircuts, hairstyling, colouring and hair treatments for men and women.

Consult with clients and recommend suitable services and home-care products.

Lead, train and motivate the team.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming and service quality.

Oversee billing, inventory and stock requirements.

Handle customer concerns and build lasting client relationships.

Drive sales, repeat visits and customer satisfaction.
