🚀 Hiring: Learner Success Manager
📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
💰 Total CTC: 3.7 LPA (90% fixed & 10% variable)
🕐 Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-Offs
📌 Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Interview (Seeking candidates who are currently based in Bangalore and available to join)
About the Role
We are looking for a Learner Success Manager to enhance the learning experience for our global learners by supporting live classes, mentoring projects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth course delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support trainers during live virtual classes and manage class logistics
- Engage with learners and drive active participation
- Host sessions, manage Q&A, evaluate assignments/projects, and support demos
- Mentor learners on projects and resolve content-related queries
- Coordinate with trainers, content, and product teams
- Track learner progress and support timely course completion
- Communicate confidently with a global learner base
- Present and interact confidently during live sessions
Who Can Apply?
- 0–1 year of experience or basic knowledge in Java, SQL, C, C++, R, Python, DevOps, ML/AI, Data Science, AWS, Azure, or Agile
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
📍 Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
