Job Description
Position: Senior Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities :-
- Convert leads through calls, networking, and other sales channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate lead records, sales reports, and performance updates.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to improve sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.
