Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stores In-Charge to manage daily store operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, preparing reports, and conducting regular stock checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily stock records and inventory reports
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and audits
- Handle inward and outward material movement efficiently
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments as needed
- Identify discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures
