Job Description

Store Executive / Store Incharge


Key Responsibilities:

=================

  • Good English communication skill.
  • Managing the day to day store operations.
  • Opening and closing the stores on time.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Responsible for cash and card settlements.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing garments.
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on different service features.
  • Go the extra mile to drive sales.
  • Remain knowledgeable on different services offered.
  • Build productive trust relationship with customers.
  • Monitor timely delivery to the customer on pickup and delivery of orders by coordinating with field executives/operation team
  • Effective execution of various sales promotional activities.
  • Provide customer feedback to the through internal tickets
  • Stay up-to-date with new services

 

Time - 10am - 8:30pm 

Week off - Wednesday
