Roles and Responsibilities

• Social Media Content & Design: Plan and coordinate content and creative designs for social media posts, reels, stories, promotional banners, and campaigns.
• Content Creation & Scheduling: Write engaging captions, develop content calendars, and manage the scheduling and publishing of posts.
• Social Media Management: Manage the companys social media platforms, maintain brand consistency, and monitor audience engagement.
• SEO & Website Content: Perform SEO activities, conduct keyword research, and write optimized meta titles and meta descriptions to improve website visibility.
• Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify, contact, and coordinate with influencers and content creators across India for brand collaborations and promotional campaigns.
• Internal & Brand Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external brand partners to ensure smooth communication and execution of marketing activities.
• Customer Support: Communicate with website customers to address product queries, order-related questions, and other customer concerns.
• B2B Sales & Lead Generation: Handle B2B sales enquiries and follow-ups through phone calls, build business relationships, and support the development of new business opportunities.
