Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities and manpower.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines.
- Take site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects regarding site execution.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage.
- Verify material deliveries and maintain site inventory records.
- Attend site meetings and update project status.
- Support project handover and snag rectification.
