Job Description
A Service Manager for a TVS dealership or authorized service center runs daily workshop operations, drives service revenue, and manages customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Workshop Operations: Manage daily workflow, accurate job cards, and timely vehicle deliveries.
- Business Growth: Drive revenue through labor targets, spare parts sales, and TVS Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Quality & Turnaround: Maintain low turnaround times (TAT), enforce zero-defect repairs, and handle advanced diagnostics.
- Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and motivate mechanics and service advisors.
- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/CSI) scores.
- Inventory & Warranty: Coordinate parts inventory and process warranty claims under TVS norms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in a two-wheeler or automotive workshop, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of TVS vehicles, team leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer/DMS (Dealer Management System) proficiency.
