Job Description
Service Advisor – Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
- Prepare job cards and explain required repairs/services.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team.
- Provide repair estimates and obtain customer approval.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status and delivery time.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with proper explanation of work done.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Coordinate warranty and insurance-related service requirements.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and future service.
- Maintain customer records and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
