About Us TechValue Communication Pvt Ltd is an IT hardware service provider specializing in IT products, VC solutions, surveillance products, access control, and security solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Engineer to join our team and support our growing client base.
- Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware, VC solutions, CCTV, access control, and security products.
- Provide technical support and on-site service for clients.
- Work on networking, firewalls, and security system integrations.
- Conduct system testing and maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Document technical processes, issues, and resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Required Skills & ExperienceStrong expertise in IT products, VC solutions, surveillance products, access control, and security products.
- Hands-on experience with networking, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and compliance standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle installations, configurations, and on-site technical support.
- Good communication and presentation skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CEH, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in IT hardware, security solutions, or system integrations.
