Experience

1 to 10 years of experience in the Apparel/Fashion Retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual sales targets.
• Have strong product knowledge and confidently assist customers in their purchase decisions.
• Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising (VM) as per brand guidelines.
• Ensure proper merchandise display, replenishment, size availability, and stock presentation.
• Handle billing, customer queries, and day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily and monthly business targets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Apparel/Fashion Retail.
• Good knowledge of Retail Sales and Visual Merchandising (VM).
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Positive attitude, sales-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
