Job Description

We are hiring a Manager HR / Senior Manager - HR for a Leading Real Estate company specializing in plotted developments in Bengaluru.


Key Responsibilities:


  • HR & Talent Acquisition: Overseeing full-cycle of HR operations.
  • Fair knowledge of Labor compliances.
  • Manage payroll & related activities.
  • Have hands-on experience in employee engagement initiatives.

 

Candidate Profile:


  • Relevant Experience: 8 to 10 years in HR.
  • Education: MBA in HR (or) PGDBM
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a proven experience within the Real Estate or Construction industry sectors.
  • Compensation: will be commensurate with the candidates competency & as per this market standards.
