Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition by meeting business owners, demonstrating our SaaS solutions, and closing subscription sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about field sales, enjoys building relationships, and has experience selling technology or subscription-based products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit salons, spas, and other target businesses to introduce RaysoftAI solutions.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain business benefits.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the product team.
- Coordinate with onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Mentor junior sales executives when required.
