Senior Accountant

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a highly experienced and responsible Senior Accountant with 10+ years of experience to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Review and verify invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and payment transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Establish and maintain proper accounting controls and documentation.
• Provide financial reports and insights to management for decision-making.
• Guide and supervise junior accounting staff.
• RequirementsQualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and taxation.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in the real estate/construction industry is preferred.
