Job Description
Job Title: Security Guard
Location: Matsya Darshini (KFDC), Cubbon Park, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and alert Security Guard to keep our restaurant premises, staff, customers and property safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Guard the main entrance and premises during the assigned shift
- Monitor people and vehicles coming in and out, and manage parking
- Check deliveries and keep a record in the entry register
- Patrol the premises regularly and report anything suspicious
- Help customers, especially during busy hours, with directions and crowd management
- Ensure the premises are locked and secured at opening and closing time
- Respond to emergencies (fire, medical, theft) and inform management immediately
- Monitor CCTV where available
- Maintain daily duty logs and incident reports
Requirements
- Minimum 10th pass (SSLC)
- 1+ year experience as a security guard preferred; freshers with good discipline can apply
- Ex-servicemen preferred
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Able to speak Kannada; basic Hindi/English is a plus
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Honest, punctual and polite with customers
- Police verification required
