Field Officer

·      Oversee field staff, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and adhering to there protocols. 

·      Manage operations, including manpower deployment and resource allocation. 

·      Organize unit operations, including guarding, training, and emergency response. 

·      Field officer are responsible for employeesdocuments(Personal files)- Once deployed employees in unit fill the personal file and hand over to HR team.

·      Field officer are responsible for attendance - every month before 3rd respective units attendance must submit in HR team.

·      Field officer are responsible for the bills – once received invoices from the accounts team submit the invoices for concern client and take acknowledgement from them and acknowledgement hand over to accounts team.

·      Assist in designing and implementing strategies and procedures. 

·      Develop and maintain plans and policies. 

·      Conduct regular reviews of plans and policies and make recommendations for improvements. 

·      Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities. 

·      Assess work risks and make recommendations for mitigation. 

·      Investigate employee’s incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities. 

·      Take appropriate action as authorized by company policy. 

·      Ensure compliance with relevant employee’s regulations and industry standards. 

·      Maintain accurate records and reports onemployee’sactivities. 

·      Train and mentor employeespersonnel. 

·      Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients and stakeholders. 

·      Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans.
