SAP FICO Trainer

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced SAP FICO Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals. The trainer should be able to explain SAP FI & CO concepts clearly and provide hands-on guidance using real-time business scenarios.

• Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on SAP FICO.
• Explain SAP FI and CO concepts through practical examples and business scenarios.
• Cover key areas including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center and Internal Orders.
• Provide hands-on training on SAP transactions and business processes.
• Explain integration of FICO with modules such as MM and SD.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, case studies and practical exercises.
• Conduct assessments and track student progress.
• Guide students with real-time project scenarios and implementation concepts.
• Support students with interview preparation and career-oriented guidance.
• Resolve student doubts and provide individual mentoring.
• Keep training content updated with relevant SAP S/4HANA features and industry practices.

Requirements

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO / SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Practical experience in SAP FICO implementation, support or business processes.
• Good understanding of FI and CO modules.
• Previous training, mentoring or teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
• SAP certification is an added advantage.
