Job Description
Seeking for Sales Manager/ Senior Manager - BD for a growing Senior-care Healthcare start-up based in Hemmigepura, Bangalore
- Experience: 10–12 years
- Preferred: Candidates from multi-speciality hospitals
- Strong experience in Doctor Connect, CME/Doctor Engagement, Insurance & TPA, hospital referrals and business collaborations.
- Must have acted or managed as Team Lead for fast pace growing organisation.
- Should have exposure to multiple specialities including Orthopaedics, Neurology, Cardiology, Oncology, Nephrology, Geriatrics and General Medicine.
- Must be confident to provide presentations to CXO level.
The candidate should be capable of driving the BD team, preparing AOP, developing sales strategy, building referral networks, and delivering admission/business growth.
Healthcare experience is essential, with Multi-Speciality hospital experience strongly preferred.
