Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Sales Executive to drive business for our range of Cummins diesel generators and power equipment, including transformers, load banks, and light towers. This included both Sales and rental operations.

This role involves a combination of business development, client relationship management, and coordination of project execution, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both sales and operational involvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities for:

Diesel Generator (DG) sales

Generator rental solutions

Transformers, load banks, and light towers

Generate leads through market visits, references, and industry networks

Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals

Negotiate and close orders with clients

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable power solutions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

3. Execution & Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams for:

Equipment availability

Logistics and dispatch

Site installation and commissioning

Ensure smooth execution of orders from booking to billing

Follow up on project timelines and resolve on-site challenges

4. Market Intelligence

Track competitor activities and market trends

Identify opportunities in rental and project-based power requirements

Provide feedback to management for business improvement
