Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct site visits and client meetings.
  2. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
  3. Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  7. Prepare sales reports and update management regularly


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in architectural, construction, building materials, or project sales.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  5. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  6. Knowledge of architectural products, pergolas, facades, fabrication, or construction materials is an added advantage.
