Job SummaryNeeman’s is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience. The ideal candidate will actively engage with customers, understand their footwear needs, drive sales, and contribute to store operations while upholding the brand's service standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them in selecting suitable footwear and accessories.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products accordingly.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle billing, payments, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management activities.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives within the store.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Required Qualifications12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in retail sales, footwear sales, apparel sales, or customer service.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to build rapport with customers.
