Greet customers and understand their requirements.

Recommend suitable HP laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and related products based on customer needs.

Achieve store sales targets.

Cross-sell and upsell accessories, software, warranties, and extended protection plans.

Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge about HP products and promotions.

Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Handle billing support and coordinate with the store team for smooth transactions.

Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and overall store cleanliness.

Monitor stock availability and inform the Store Manager about inventory requirements.

Follow company policies, SOPs, and retail operational guidelines.

Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Assist in promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events.

Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the service team when required.
