Showroom Sales Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain vehicle models, variants, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Generate new leads through showroom walk-ins, telephone calls, referrals, digital enquiries, and other sources.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and sales in CRM/DMS.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, Registration, and Delivery teams.
• Explain loan, insurance, exchange, and other related processes to customers.
• Coordinate with customers until vehicle delivery and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Participate in showroom promotions, events, campaigns, and customer activities.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market trends.
• Ensure professional grooming, showroom discipline, and adherence to company policies.

Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Sales Manager when required.
