• ​Open Positions​Sales Associates​The Role: Drive customer acquisition for retail financial products (Home Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Business Loans, and Credit Cards). You will connect with clients, recommend the best banking products, and guide them through documentation and disbursal.
• ​Requirements: Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in sales. High energy and strong communication skills.
• ​Team Leaders (TL)​The Role: Manage, mentor, and supercharge a team of Sales Associates to hit monthly targets. You will track daily pipelines, provide on-the-ground coaching, and coordinate with bank partners to ensure smooth loan processing.
• ​Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in loan distribution, banking sales, or DSAs, with at least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• ​Sales Managers​The Role: Take ownership of vertical growth and regional revenue generation. You will build high-converting sales funnels, manage high-level banking partner relationships, and drive overall performance across multiple teams.
• ​Requirements: 5+ years of robust experience in the banking, NBFC, or DSA ecosystem with a proven track record of scaling numbers.
