Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process housing loan applications, assessing eligibility, income, and documentation.
- Provide expert financial advice and recommend suitable home loan products tailored to clients’ needs.
- Ensure regulatory and company compliance, including verification of documents and adherence to HDFC’s policies.
- Assist clients with documentation, guiding through the application process for smooth approval.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely loan processing.
- Develop client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends, housing finance regulations, and best practices.
