Job Description

  • Patient Greeting: Welcoming patients and visitors warmly at the front desk.
  • Scheduling: Managing doctor appointment schedules and sending reminders via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Communication: Handling phone calls, patient queries, and basic billing/receipt generation.
  • Upkeep: Maintaining reception cleanliness, basic stock/inventory checks for clinic stationery or supplies, and coordinating with housekeeping.
