Job Description
We are looking for a target-driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and handle commercial real estate sales.
The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating leads, understanding client requirements, and closing commercial property deals. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact and follow-ups to negotiation and successful closure.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads into potential clients.
- Identify and acquire new customers for commercial properties.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience in real estate or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
