QA/QC Manager - OPERATIONS

QA/QC Manager to lead our Quality department as well as Production process control.

You will ensure all VMC-machined components meet stringent defence and aerospace standards.

Key Responsibilities

·       Quality Oversight: Manage overall QA/QC operations for precision machined components.

·       Standards Compliance: Maintain compliance with AS9100D and ISO 9001 standards.

·       Inspection Leadership: Oversee First Article Inspection (FAI) reports per AS9102.

·       Equipment Mastery: Ensure proper calibration of measuring instruments.

·       Process Improvement: Implement Kaizen and Lean practices to reduce rejection rates.

·       Client Audit: Serve as the primary contact for defence and aerospace quality audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·       Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

·       Experience: 5 to 8 years in aerospace or defence manufacturing.

·       Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of VMC machining and GD&T principles.

·       Documentation: Proven experience with Stage Inspection, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.

·       Software Skills: Proficiency in using quality management software and reading blueprints. Microsoft office Knowledge - Word, Excel, Power points.
