Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan

• coordinate, and monitor projects from start to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and daily/weekly status reports.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for material requirements and deliveries.
• Review BOQs, quotations, work orders, drawings, and project documents.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cost control.
• Follow up with vendors and contractors for timely execution.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors regarding project requirements.
• Identify project delays, issues, and risks and take corrective action.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare MOM.
• Maintain proper project documentation, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with Accounts for billing, invoices, payments, and project-related expenses.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Ensure client requirements and specifications are properly communicated to the execution team.
• Support final inspection, snagging, handover, and project closure.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong project planning and coordination skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
