Job Title: Procurement Executive
Location: Jayanagar East End, Bengaluru
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage vendor sourcing, quotation collection, price negotiation, purchase orders, and timely procurement of materials. The ideal candidate should have good negotiation, follow-up, communication, and Excel skills.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to compare quotations and prepare costing.
Good understanding of procurement processes.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple requirements.
Experience in corporate gifting, printing, packaging, manufacturing, or promotional products will be an advantage.
Qualification
B.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA / Diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchase is preferred.
