Job Summary:

The Presales Executive will be responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining the Trendcon Aurelius project, qualifying prospects, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads from digital marketing, property portals, campaigns, and other sources.
• Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customers' budget, requirements, preferences, and purchase timeline.
• Explain project details including villa configurations, pricing, amenities, location advantages, specifications, payment plans, and offers.
• Qualify leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
• Follow up regularly with leads and site-visit customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
• Maintain customer information and follow-up activities in CRM/MIS.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Build good relationships with prospects and provide timely responses to their queries.
• Work toward monthly lead-conversion and site-visit targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and sales teams for campaign-generated leads.
• Ensure professional customer communication throughout the pre-sales process.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Good English; Kannada/Hindi can be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM systems.
• Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
• Ability to handle sales objections and convert enquiries into site visits.
• Real-estate sales/presales experience is preferred, particularly residential or villa projects.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may be considered.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of real-estate presales/customer-interaction experience would be a strong fit.
