Merchant Onboarding Operations (MOO) Intern – Chitchaat – Business Communication Platform (CPaaS)

At Chitchaat, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MOO Intern to join our Operations team.

If you enjoy client coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and keeping processes moving smoothly, this role is for you!

What is MOO?

As a Merchant Onboarding & Operations Intern, you’ll be responsible for helping merchants move smoothly from signed-up → compliant → configured → activated on Chitchaat. Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Onboarding

• Coordinate with merchants during the onboarding process.
• Share onboarding forms and collect the required business information.
• Verify submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion.

Documentation & Compliance

• Assist merchants with DLT Registration.
• Guide clients through Registration process.
• Maintain proper documentation and onboarding records.

Client Coordination

• Communicate with merchants through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
• Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Technical, and Compliance teams.
• Schedule onboarding and support sessions whenever required.

Platform Operations

• Assist in merchant account creation and configuration.
• Help maintain merchant records and operational databases.
• Track pending approvals and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of business documentation and compliance.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple merchant onboarding activities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
