About the Role
The Control Tower Executive will be responsible for monitoring fuel transactions and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves coordinating with drivers, transporters, and fuel station partners to ensure seamless fueling activities and quick issue resolution.
We are looking for energetic and responsible candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and high integrity. Female candidates are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily fuel transactions and wallet usage
- Track fueling activities and identify any unusual transactions
- Coordinate with drivers and fuel station partners for issue resolution
- Ensure smooth and timely fueling operations
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain records and prepare basic operational reports
- Support the team in reducing transaction errors and delays
- Escalate issues related to transaction mismatches or operational concerns
- Maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders
