Job Description – Home Care NursePosition: Home Care Nurse – GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month fixed + Performance Incentive up to ₹10,000 per month

Work Area: Assigned PIN-code zone, generally within a 5 km travel radius

About the RoleWe are looking for qualified and compassionate Home Care Nurses to provide professional nursing care to patients at their residences in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering quality clinical care, monitoring patients' health, maintaining appropriate records and coordinating with doctors, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals as required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to patients at their homes within the assigned geographical zone.
• Monitor vital signs and the patient's general health condition.
• Administer prescribed medicines, injections and other treatments as directed by the treating doctor.
• Provide wound care, dressing and other routine nursing procedures.
• Support post-operative, elderly, chronic-care and recovering patients as required.
• Observe changes in the patient's condition and promptly escalate concerns to the appropriate doctor/clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient-care and visit records.
• Educate patients and family members regarding medication, hygiene, nutrition and basic home-care practices.
• Follow prescribed clinical protocols, infection-control standards and patient-safety procedures.
• Maintain professional and compassionate communication with patients and their families.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team for continuity of patient care.
• Travel to patients' homes within the allocated service area.

Qualification & ExperienceMandatory Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience in a hospital, clinic or home-healthcare environment.

Candidates should possess good clinical nursing skills, patient-handling ability and communication skills. Prior home healthcare, elderly care, post-operative care or chronic patient-care experience will be preferred.

Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 per month

Final compensation within the above range will depend upon the candidate's experience, qualifications and suitability for the role.

Ideal CandidateThe preferred candidate should be patient-focused, responsible, compassionate and comfortable providing healthcare services at patients' residences. Since the position involves home visits, candidates should be willing to travel locally within their assigned Bengaluru PIN-code zone.
