Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to design and develop fitness machines and gym equipment. The candidate will be responsible for creating innovative, safe, durable, and cost-effective designs and coordinating with the production team to convert designs into finished products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop fitness machines such as treadmills, strength machines, gym racks, benches, and functional training equipment.
• Prepare 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Develop detailed manufacturing drawings, dimensions, and material specifications.
• Design machine frames, sheet metal components, brackets, and mechanical assemblies.
• Select suitable materials and components to ensure product strength, durability, and safety.
• Coordinate with fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and production teams.
• Develop prototypes, test designs, identify issues, and make necessary improvements.
• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and suitable for manufacturing.
• Work on product development, design modifications, and continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain technical drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and design documentation.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks or equivalent 3D design software.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering, fabrication, welding, sheet metal, and assembly.
• Knowledge of materials, dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to understand product requirements and develop practical engineering solutions.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Interest in developing innovative fitness equipment and mechanical products.
• Qualification & ExperienceQualification: Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
