Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled SPM Design Engineer with experience in

designing and developing Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), automation systems, and

industrial equipment. The candidate should be capable of handling complete machine

design activities from concept development to manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), automation systems,

fixtures, and production equipment.

• Prepare 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and assembly drawings.

• Develop machine concepts based on customer requirements and technical

• Perform design calculations, component selection, and tolerance analysis.

• Coordinate with manufacturing, assembly, and procurement teams during project

execution.

• Support machine installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and engineering documentation.

• Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement improvements.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA,

• Good understanding of machine elements, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation

systems.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, sheet metal, machining, welding, and

assembly practices.

• Ability to create detailed engineering drawings and BOMs.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
