Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities


  • ​Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, healthcare practitioners, clinics, or channel partners through cold calling, field visits, and digital research.
  • ​Sales Pitching & Presentations: Present and market company products/services effectively to prospective clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating product value.
  • ​Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing/terms within approved guidelines to convert leads into active clients and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • ​Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with doctors, clinic managers, and institutional clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • ​Market Research & Feedback: Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, market trends, and client feedback to share with the internal management team.
  • ​Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline logs, client call reports, and daily sales activity updates.
