Marketing Associate
📍 Bangalore
Report to Creative Director
Up to ₹25,000/month
What Should the Candidate Know?
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish Instagram posts and reels, and maintain a content calendar.
- Talent Sourcing: Find and shortlist models, actors, and influencers, and coordinate their availability, fees, and deliverables.
- Market Research: Research competitors, customer preferences, current trends, and content formats.
- Shoot Planning: Arrange locations, props, styling, references, and schedules for photoshoots and reels.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with photographers, videographers, and agencies.
- Excel/Google Sheets: Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Store Decoration: Plan and execute store decorations for festivals and seasonal campaigns.
What Qualities Should the Candidate Have?
- A strong understanding of premium jewellery and luxury brand aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Instagram trends and content creators.
- Confidence in communicating and negotiating professionally with vendors and influencers.
- Strong organisational, follow-up, and execution skills.
- Willingness to handle both office-based and on-ground work.
