💰 CTC: ₹4–6 LPA Fixed + UNLIMITED INCENTIVES

Key Responsibilities -

• Handle end-to-end sales of new and vacant properties through CRM-assigned leads.

• Make a minimum of 250 dialled calls to prospective customers and effectively follow up with leads.

• Generate and conduct 5–6 prospective site visits every week.

• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.

• Handle client negotiations and drive successful deal closures.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and consistently work towards exceeding assigned targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer interactions in the CRM.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

• Candidates should be confident, energetic, enthusiastic and target-oriented.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred; real estate sales experience is an advantage.

• Graduate from any discipline preferred.

• 2-wheeler is mandatory as the role involves client meetings and property site visits.

• Candidate should be currently employed or serving notice period.
